How Do You Know If You're an Empath?

Twenty questions on sensitivity, emotional attunement, intuition, spiritual experience, and boundaries.

Heal. Remember. Rise.

Before You Begin

This quiz is a reflective tool, not a diagnostic or scientific test. "Empath" is used here as a spiritual and self-descriptive identity. Experiences such as claircognizance, clairsentience, energy transmutation, spiritual downloads, and absorbing another person's energy are included as spiritual interpretations of lived experience, not established clinical abilities. Some experiences may also overlap with high sensitivity, empathy, intuition, stress responses, attention, pattern recognition, or other psychological and physiological processes.

The goal is not to prove a label. It is to notice how you experience the world and what helps you navigate that experience with greater discernment.

Answer from your lived experience — not from who you hope to be.
