About Me
I have been passionate about nutrition, fitness and wellness all of my adult life. I've tried every diet and exercise gimmick possible over the years, and, as you may have heard or experienced, diets don't work long-term. Instead, it's important to commit to making lifestyle changes that last; healthy eating and drinking, as well as keeping your body moving.
Because I've had success in my personal fitness, I felt as though I could help others who were struggling with weight and body image. In 1997 I began studying (and admittedly, obsessing) about the science of nutrition, and I fell in love with the concept of being metabolically healthy. The intake and biochemical processing of food and the relationship to health and disease was very fascinating to me.
Fast forward to present day, as a Certified Nutrition & Wellness Coach, I am beyond excited to share everything I've learned over the years. I am a caregiver at heart and I am here to serve you with nourishment for the mind, body and soul.
