I am Shar Imani.

As a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Somatic Mind-Body Healing Practitioner, I'm devoted to helping individuals and communities reclaim their health and vitality.

My coaching and healing work is rooted in a deep passion for guiding people toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe that true wellness goes beyond quick fixes—it is about building daily habits, healing the relationship we have with food and our bodies, and creating lifestyles that support long-term well-being. I blend practical health education with experiential mind-body practices that help people reconnect with themselves and move toward sustainable transformation that nourishes the mind, body and soul. 
 

I'm especially passionate about building generational health—empowering individuals to make choices today that create healthier families and stronger communities for the future. By helping clients develop practical tools, self-awareness, and confidence in their ability to care for their well-being, there is a ripple effect of wellness that extends far beyond the individual.
